Top M&A Deals, Firms and Professionals honored April 28th at the New York Athletic Club

The 7th Annual International M&A Awards Gala honored the leading deal teams, firms and
professionals whose activities set the standard for cross border M&A transactions. This year, over
500 companies, representing every major market in the world, became finalists for the awards. An
independent judging committee of 19 top cross border M&A industry experts determined the
ultimate recipients of the awards which were revealed “Academy-Award style” at the gala.

In addition to the announcement of the 2015 International M&A Awards winners, the 2015
Leadership Awards for excellence in international mergers and acquisitions were presented to Jim
Bunn, Senior Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking, Raymond James; and Bob Profusek,
Partner and Head of M&A, Jones Day.
