Reuben’s Millbank signing The Reuben Brothers have secured the biggest deal in the West End market this year by signing the Audit Commission for a 15 year lease on space at Millbank Tower. It will occupy 55,111 sq ft (5,120sq m) which was formerly the headquarters of the Labour Party. It is paying £35/sq ft (£376.74/sq m) on the best space. The Reubens were advised by Cushman and Wakefield Healey and Baker while the Audit Commission was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
