Billionaire brothers, David and Simon Reuben, have shown an interest in unlisted Australian property funds. The Reubens are backing the Taemas Consortium, which is seeking bargains in Australia. Taemas is a private investment firm controlled by former Babcock & Brown executive, Rob Topfer. Frozen Australian unlisted property funds control as much as $A20 billion of commercial property.
