Hampton House
We are creating a mixed-use residential / apart-hotel development in excess of 340,000 sq ft gross led by Norman Foster's Foster and Partners in a prime Thames-side location. Development plans include residential, apart-hotel and leisure sections.
Park Street
On a site adjacent to the Tate Modern, we have plans for a mixed-use office and residential scheme of over 358,000 sq ft, including a c. 125,000 sq ft 24-storey residential tower and c. 210,000 of commercial space.
