We have taken private Northern Racing plc. Northern Racing owns nine racecourses, accounting for around 15% of all racecourses in the UK. Racecourses owned include Newcastle, Sedgefield, Uttoxeter, Great Yarmouth, Hereford, Bath, Chepstow, Brighton and Fontwell Park. Each course also provides versatile hospitality space.
In the same sector, we have a substantial minority stake in Arena Leisure, the owner of seven UK racecourses.
