23 February 2011 – Property Week

Aldersgate Investments, an investment company of the billionaire Reuben brothers, has completed the purchase of the Eden Shopping Centre in High Wycombe, as part of a buyback of property from a joint venture with Brookfield.

Aldersgate owned 50% of the centre, and has now bought the other 50%, which was owned by Multiplex, now part of Brookfield.

Centre director, Daniel Tomkinson, said “The management team has remained unchanged and no disruption has been caused. Our reporting structure has also remained the same.

“Aldersgate believe the best way forward for Eden is to promote High Wycombe as a destination. This is a very positive attitude from which the whole town will benefit.”
