Reuben Brothers are creating a mixed-use residential / apart-hotel development in excess of 340,000
sq ft gross led by Norman Foster's Foster and Partners in a prime Thames-side location.
Development plans include residential, apart-hotel and leisure sections.
135 and 185 Park Street and 4-8 Emerson Street, adjoining Tate Modern, Bankside, London
On a site adjacent to the Tate Modern, plans are for a mixed-use office and residential scheme of over 358,000 sq ft, including a c. 125,000 sq ft 24-storey residential tower and c. 210,000 of commercial space. Planning has already been received for over 100,000 sq ft.
Newcastle City Centre
Plans for a major new retail-led mixed use development of c. 1,000,000 sq ft within the heart of Newcastle City Centre continue to be progressed.

Cape Vantage : Gibraltar
Cape Vantage, Gibraltar is a proposed development of approximately 6,000,000 (6 million) sq. ft of mixed use space to include apartments, a hotel, a large marina and retail areas. Reuben Brothers have been in regular dialogue with government authorities, in the hope that a staged approach will be committed in the near future towards the area’s regeneration.
