Eden, High Wycombe is an 825,000 sq.ft.shopping centre, built and opened in March 2008. The scheme is anchored by House of Fraser and Marks and Spencer and boasts over 120 stores in total.

RETAIL PARKS

St James’ Retail Park, Stamfordham Road, Newcastle

St James’ Retail Park was built and opened in June 2007. The park totals 112,000 sq.ft and is anchored by a 50,000 sq.ft. Wickes. B&M Retail, a large successful North-West originating retailer, opened a 20,000 sq.ft unit in November 2010.
