We have built up a controlling stake with board representation in Premium Bars & Restaurants (formerly Ultimate Leisure Group), the bar and club operator. Premium Bars & Restaurants is a publicly-quoted company and is the predominant bar and club operator with assets predominantly spread over the North and North-East of England. With recent acquisitions of 13 Living Room restaurant and bars, the gastro pub chain Bel and the Dragon as well as the Prohibition bar and club brand Premium Bars & Restaurants has established itself as a national rather than a regional player.
