Through the acquisition of Arena Leisure plc in March 2012, Reuben Brothers now own Britain’s largest racecourse group.

The group owns and operates 17 turf and all-weather racecourses in the UK, accounting for approximately 40% of UK racing fixtures.

Racecourses include Doncaster, Royal Windsor, Lingfield Park (All Weather Track), Uttoxeter, Newcastle, Fontwell Park, Chepstow, Wolverhampton (All Weather Track), Worcestor, Southwell (All Weather Track), Folkestone, Sedgefield, Brighton, Bath, Great Yarmouth and Hereford. Ffos Las Racecourse in Wales is managed by Northern Racing. Each racecourse provides versatile hospitality space.

The group is also a major shareholder in At The Races (ATR), the broadcaster taking UK and Irish racing to domestic & international audience. ATR delivers on air and online, to more than two million monthly viewers and one and a half million monthly website users. ATR won ‘Best Specialist Channel’ at the Broadcast Digital Awards 2012.
